PoPy v1.3.1 released
PoPy v1.3.1 contains some bug fixes and restructures the documentation more toward a "How To" approach.
Improvements
- Significant restructure of the documentation, separating operating instructions (how to launch PoPy) from what you can do with it (sets of "recipes" for model design).
Bug Fixes
- Made PoPy yet more robust when installed to a Windows path, or operating on files in a directory path, that is long or that includes spaces.
