Working With Many Populations
Given a mathematical model of PK/PD for a drug or biomarker (or both), it can be useful to know how well the model can be fitted (e.g. whether parameters are identifiable).
Because we should rarely base conclusions on a single datum point, PoPy offers the functionality to repeat a fit to many synthetically generated populations and aggregate the results in order to assess how well a model or fitting algorithm perform.
This part therefore presents an example in which we generate and fit a model to synthetic data and examine the distribution of fitted results.
